Due to the increasing spread of COVID-19 and expanding restrictions on domestic and international travel, and in accordance with national and local governments prohibiting large group gatherings, Jurassic World Live Tour scheduled on September 17-20, 2020 at FirstOntario Centre in Hamilton, ON has been cancelled. 

Refunds through Ticketmaster will automatically be refunded to the credit card used at the time of purchase. Refund information is located at ticketmaster.com. Tickets purchased through FirstOntario Insurance Brokers Box Office can reach out to [email protected].

Vous obtiendrez un remboursement automatique via Ticketmaster sur la carte de crédit utilisée au moment de l’achat. Pour ceux qui aurait acheté des billets directement à la billetterie du Centre Vidéotron, vous pourrez obtenir un remboursement en vous présentant à la billetterie au moment de la réouverture de celle-ci.
